LEHY-III vs. LEHY-II Spare Parts: Power Supplies, Modules and Leveling Components

When a LEHY-III elevator needs electrical parts, “similar to LEHY-II” is not a usable specification. Some identifiers appear in both series, while module and sensing references differ. Build the inquiry around the diagnosed component, its complete marking and the installed electrical configuration.

A leveling sensor is not an encoder or a load controller

LEHY-III identifies Z4C02-21 as an RLU/RLD leveling sensor. Keep that role separate from motion feedback and load measurement. For an inquiry, record the original marking, connector, mounting and the technician's confirmed findings rather than choosing a sensor by its exterior shape.

The same LEHY-III list includes P203015C201-01 as a load controller. These components should have separate request lines. A change in stopping or leveling behaviour does not establish which device needs replacement; the installed system must be diagnosed first.

X59LX-95: a shared number still needs its original ratings

X59LX-95 appears in both LEHY-III and LEHY-II. FELEVATOR lists that model as a switching power supply. Use it as a sourcing starting point when the original unit carries the same number, then confirm input/output ratings, terminals and mounting dimensions.

LEHY-III also contains X59LX-203, X59LX-222, X59LX-204 and X59LX-213 references. They are not automatically substitutes for X59LX-95. Keep each full label with its circuit identification and avoid ordering a supply solely from the common X59LX prefix.

Power modules: preserve the complete Z45MC number

The LEHY-III module references include Z45MC-18, Z45MC-19 and Z45MC-20. The LEHY-II list contains other Z45MC identifiers. A shared family prefix does not establish the same ratings, connections or system application. Record the complete installed module marking.

For current-sensing components, preserve P203031C241-02 and P203031C241-03 as separate requests. Do not replace those references with a generic current-transformer listing. The electrical ratings and system connections must be established from the original equipment documentation.

Pit switches, lighting and load-control equipment

YP205C505G01 is a pit-switch reference, while P281004C000G01 identifies a hoistway lighting switch box. They are different items, even when installed near one another. Include enclosure markings, mounting details and circuit identification in each inquiry.

For the P203015C201-01 load controller, retain the original label and connections rather than selecting a replacement from appearance alone. Send all confirmed component numbers and quantities in a structured request, keeping diagnosis-based electrical purchases separate from routine wear stock.
