A HOPE-II spare-parts list should describe what is installed, not just what looks similar in a photograph. Guide linings, counterweight guide blocks, brake friction parts and encoders belong to different assemblies. Identifying the assembly first prevents a wear-item order from becoming an unnecessary electrical-parts purchase.
| Part reference | Component |
|---|---|
| YA175C746G01 | Guide-shoe lining |
| YA029C826G01 | Counterweight guide block |
| YA086D435-02 | Brake friction lining |
| X65AC-20 | Encoder |
| B397774G03 | Guide roller |
Main-guide linings and counterweight blocks are separate requests
The HOPE-II references include YA047C168-02 and YA175C746G01 guide-shoe linings, plus YA029C826G01 counterweight guide blocks. Record the original profile, rail dimensions and retaining features. A lining and its complete guide assembly should never be treated as the same purchasing item.
The FELEVATOR lining and counterweight-guide options below are candidates to compare by dimensions. Their broad Mitsubishi application titles do not establish a match to these HOPE-II numbers. Send the original number and measurements before selecting a profile or a complete shoe.

Mitsubishi / OTIS guide-lining option
A dimensional inquiry option. Confirm the original lining number, rail size, profile and fixing before selection.

Counterweight guide-shoe option
Compare the original counterweight guide, rail dimensions and retaining arrangement. The broad product title is not a confirmed series-specific match.
View product detailsBrake friction parts need a confirmed assembly and condition assessment
YA086D435-02, YA086D472-01 and YA086D471-01 are separate HOPE-II brake-friction references. Keep each number with the relevant brake assembly and original dimensions. An order described only as “HOPE-II brake pads” leaves important identification details unresolved.
Let qualified maintenance personnel determine the condition of the braking equipment and the required replacement scope. This parts guide does not provide wear limits or adjustment settings. Those must come from the documentation and inspection requirements for the installed equipment.

Keep X65AC-20 and X65AC-10 encoder requests distinct
Both X65AC-20 and X65AC-10 appear in the HOPE-II identification list. Record the installed encoder label, connector, mounting arrangement and relevant system information. A shared X65AC prefix does not establish that two feedback devices can be exchanged.
The Z65AC-018 reference used in the related HOPE-IIG guide is a different identifier. Do not order it for HOPE-II merely because the series names are similar. If the original number is unavailable, supply clear photographs and request identification before a quotation.

Rollers, bearings and stock records
B397774G03 and YA133C567G01 are separate roller references. Bearing entries also carry their own numbers, including X220C2213 and X220C2221. Keep the wheel or assembly identification separate from its bearing details; one photograph rarely captures all dimensions needed for both.
Use inspection records to plan wear-item quantities and keep electrically diagnosed requirements on a separate list. Send FELEVATOR the complete numbers, measurements and requested quantities together. That makes it easier to distinguish a lining-only inquiry from a roller or complete-assembly requirement.

Frequently asked questions
Can a bearing number identify the complete guide roller?
Not by itself. Include the roller dimensions, material or profile information available, and the original assembly reference.
Are the linked guide products confirmed HOPE-II replacements?
They are product-family options for a dimensional inquiry. Compatibility must be checked against the installed lining or guide shoe before ordering.
