Program reading and writing instructions for Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator escalator K1 motherboard (J631704B000)
Tips: The following content is for reference only. If there are any version updates or changes in the future, please refer to the latest computer maintenance information.
Tools: Laptop (with MTS2.2), MTI card (second generation), RS232 serial cable, USB cable
Tip: K1 board program reading and writing now uses the second generation MTI card, please do not use the first generation MTI card.
Operation steps
1. Use the jumper pin to jumper Factory on the K1 board, adjust the MT potentiometer switch from 1 to C, record the parameter value, and then adjust MT back to 0.
2. Disconnect all power supplies and unplug the jumper pin on Factory.
3. Connect the MTI card to the computer and connect the MTI card to the K1 board using an RS232 serial cable.
4. Use the jumper pin to jumper SELB2.
5. Turn on the power of the escalator, and the digital tube should display "FL."
6. Open the maintenance computer application "MTS2.2" in the computer, as shown below. After the program runs, select the "FLASHRW" tab, and then click "ZECM" to enter the printing plate read and write mode.
7. Printing plate program reading operation
▲ After clicking "ZECM" to enter the read-write mode, select "COM1", "PC receives data from printing plate", "All" as shown in the figure below, and then click the "Save" button indicated by the black mark on the lower right side. After naming the read program file, finally click the "Start" button to perform the reading operation.
Tips:
(1) When selecting a port, it is recommended to select the "COM1" port.
(2) When selecting to read out a program, there are three modes to choose from, namely "All", "Program", and "Parameter". It is recommended to read "Program" and "Parameter" separately when reading, and write them separately when writing in the future.
(3) After each operation is completed, press the "Exit" key to exit, and then enter the next operation to avoid program errors.

8. Printing board program writing operation
▲ After clicking "ZECM" to enter the read-write mode, select "COM1", "PC sends data to the printing board", "All" as shown in the figure below, and then click the "Read" button indicated by the black mark on the lower right side, select the program to be written to the printing board, and finally click the "Start" button to write.
Tips:
(1) When selecting a port, it is recommended to select the "COM1" port.

9. Turn off the power, remove the RS232 serial port cable connecting the MTI card and the K1 board, and remove the jumper pin of SELB2.
10. Use the jumper pin to jumper the Factory on the K1 board, supply power, adjust the MT potentiometer switch from 1 to C, confirm that the parameter value should be the same as the previously recorded parameter value, and then adjust MT back to 0.
11. Test run the escalator to confirm that the escalator operates normally.
